CDMA Desire or comparable?

I currently have the Sprint Hero and I LOVE the look of the Desire but it runs on AT&T.
Is there going to be a CDMA version or something similar?

Yes, U.S.Cellular and a few others have already announced the Desire, that is, after the screen availability issues clear up, which is supposed to be sometime in August. US Cell and Cell south, etc are all CDMA networks.
