How can I unfreeze my HTC 620?

i need an answer fast

i changed my HTC 620 screen and when i turn the phone on the screen is frozen and stuck on the lock screen.

Stuck on lock screen? Are you able to move anything? Like does it respond to your touch? If not the digitizer may have been messed up in the screen replacement process. If it moves but wont let you unlock the screen the best I can throw off the top of my head is a factory reset through using the buttons on the phone itself which you could find the steps for on youtube.
