My eris will not type in "im"

ever since my eris was updated...anytime i type in i'm...it doesnt show up but the options of what i'm typing will show..you cant click on them if i keep typing it will change the i'm to um it wont include the space but whatever i type next will attach with it..its driving me bonkers..is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix this

You can add words to your dictionary and that might help. Go into a message where the keyboard comes up and hit the settings icon on the keyboard. It is on the left on mine and looks like a cog wheel. This will bring you to a menu, hit "User Dictionary" at bottom and then hit "add new". Type in I'm then hit OK. The word should start showing up when you're typing future messages.

well..i thought of that..but whenever i'm typing..i'm does show up..as well as I'm and im...but you cant click on them for them to show up..its basically pointless
