What are you using to flash these? Sorry but after reading your directions to install these Im not sure what function I need to use. I have downloaded it changed the name added it to the root of my sd card. Im using TRWP. I am fully rooted.

rename to PG86IMG.zip

reboot into the bootloader

it will scan the zip and ask to update by pushing volume up

update and then it will say reboot by pushing power

press power and it will reboot. You then should see the new splash screen.

totally agree......and Denver.....that team makes me nauseous.
I can deal with the chargers, they are a great team, I played against Sproles in HS, that dude is INSANE....I swear he is made of butter and oil cause he was the hardest dude to tackle in the league.

Sorry Guys work has gotten the best of me lately, with failing ac units in our server room, random server crashes and a few days of overnight updates im still alive.

Ill start working on some tonight!

I have tried to install but it say parsing and just goes back to bootloader. I am rooted with HTC unlock running cwm. I have clean ROM 2.2 and custom bootanimation and downanimations but can't seem to get any of these splashes to work. Any ideas

you dont flash in recovery you use the bootloader to update
