Just as a troubleshooting thing, download some other launcher such as launcherpro and see if all your buttons work as advertised.

yeah. Is there anyway the default launcher is somehow messed up.... with using 3 different Roms? lol....

I just don't WANT to believe its a hardware issue I guess x.x

I DLed Go Launcher Ex its not bad at all, and it runs perfectly so.... w.e. hah, who knows maybe I'll get lucky with ICS. Thanks all for your help!

Let me know if you still have issues with your EVO3d. Since I got mine in December, I have rooted, un rooted, bricked 1 and s-off'd two other EVO3ds, so is say I've run into every single issue a noobie could run into. I am not a developer, not yet anyway, I will be going to school to learn more but I speak noobie so lay it on me I'm sure I can help..
