I know this is sorta off-base, but for those who owned the Droid Eris, what'd you all think? I just put this phone to rest when I got my Evo 3D, but it really was a nightmare. The phone had way too many functional problems.. It would make all these random calls when it was in my pocket, and it was slooow. For example, when I'd want to make a call, I would look for the name in my contacts, and after selecting the name, it would take like 5 seconds for it to respond, or it just wouldn't respond at all. I actually lost the phone once, and through insurance, they sent me a second one. I thought maybe that one phone just had a glitch, but the replacement had the exact same problem.
It's a simple phone, but really unspectacular (reviewer from gizmodo called it the middle manager of phones).
anyways, was it just me, or did you all have the same problems??
quick edit: phone was so slow i couldn't even play angry birds on it -__-
