Sound quality -- can barly hear.

I've had my 3D since launch but I don't know why I didn't bring this issue to the attention of Sprint awhile back.

When I set the sound to the highest setting, the music isn't as loud as it seems it should be. When I get a phone call it's not even that loud.

If I bring the volume to the middle it basically sounds like the phone is on mute.

Is this an issue other people might be having?

I haven't had an issue with call volume, but the speaker on the back of the phone seems pretty weak.
