Sprint is replacing my phone....Is there any way to transfer all?

My phone refuses to connect with my Airave and Sprint is sending me a new phone....

I am a new android user. The Evo 3D is my first smart phone so I know nothing about what can be transferred...
I have a 32 gig card installed and all of the aps that can be transferred to it have been....Is there an app or a tool that can mirror my phone and transfer all the settings,apps and all to the new phone? HJ

My Backup PRO... cost a couple bucks, but will transfer EVERYTHING over.

Worked flawless for me from my EVO to my EVO 3D and also I had to hard reset my
3D a couple times and I fully recovered everything down to tests and SMS messages.

Will the Sprint store (with service center) be able to transfer everything? (settings too) As in I don't need to do anything?.....HJ

They MIGHT, I wouldn't rely on it though.
