Inbound calls

I'm having an issue that just started today and the folks at Sprint cannot seem to give me any ideas to what could be causing this. What is happening is that when someone calls, they can hear me, but I cannot hear them. If I make any calls, everything is fine. This is also happening to my wife's phone as well and she is on the Epic 4G Touch. Sprint says that there is no outages and see's nothing on my account. I have done the usual troubleshooting...took the battery out, updated PRL, and updated profile. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

That is a weird one for sure. Are you rooted? If so, did you just flash a new rom? I had issues with making and receiving calls once and a full wipe and re-flash fixed it. Also, did you happen to add a new app recently? Might not be your issue, but wanted to ask.

Yes I am rooted but have flashed different ROMs and still the same issue...that being said, it was a Sprint issue because both mine and my wife's phone are working again.

Yeah, it is a network issue. I've had it happen a couple times on both my old Pre and the E3D.
