Turn off Vibrate when Call connects

Not sure I understood your question.

Are you looking for a way to change from vibrate to silent/normal volume profile when call is connected (and possibly to switch back to vibrate after call ends)?
(if so, I don't think there is a setting - though a tasker profile should let you do this fairly easily - if you have the tasker app)

Or does your phone keep vibrating even after call connects? (if so, take it in for repair)

When I dial a number, everytime it connect to the person I'm calling it gives one vibration. Can this be turned off?

From what I've noticed, mine only vibrates if you don't have it up to you're ear.
