HTC EVO3D factory reset in recovery mode is not working

Hello,
recently my HTC EVO 3D died and when I tried to turn it on, it just stuck on white screen with white logo (as I searched through internet, common thing). I already had this problem once, but I was able to do factory reset in recovery menu, However when I try it now, it doesn't work.

After selecting factory reset, my phone just vibrate for a split second, show me Android on skate and get back to the recovery menu without choice of performing factory reset (only options are: Bootloader, reboot, reboot boatloader, power down).

My phone is European version not locked to any Service provider, with Android 4.0 (I believe), in recovery menu it says locked on the top.

Is there any other way how could I perform factory reset, I don't care about loosing data, I would just like to have the phone working.

Thank you!
