im using launcher pro on mine....you can just assign "none" to each shortcut and leave the ones you want on there linked to the app drawer or whatever you choose.

It's Desktop VisualizeR with the cropping add on. DV is free. The cropping add on costs $, but that's only needed out of convenience. You should be able to crop the pics on your own for free. I got it so I'm not dependant on my PC when I want to make embossed buttons cropped to perfection on the fly.
