[issue] Capacitive lights staying on while watching media

My capacitive button lights are staying lit the entire time I'm watching media on the phone such as green hornet 3D (preloaded) or netflix. It's annoying and an unnecessary waste of battery.

Anyone else?

Note: This thread is talking about the capacitive buttons staying lit while watching media. There is a separate, similar, but unrelated problem where the capacitive lights stay lit even when the screen is off which you can discuss HERE. Mine only stay on when i'm watching a movie on Netfilx.

Odd mine captive buttons are off , and I am currently watching netflix. Last night when I was watching the Green Hornet , they were on. The pre loaded Green hornet.

I hope there will be some way to turn the lights off on the buttons.
