Phone Dialer gone.. I know it's been discussed.

All system/prl/htc/software updates were completed and during that the phone dialer on lock screen disappeared, appeared BACK, and now it's gone again- permanently.

I've restarted the phone & pulled the battery with no luck. How can I fix this?

If I do a hard reset, wouldn't it also revert the updates? Is that the only way to fix it... I don't want to customize all over again...

mine came back out of nowhere last night. I wouldn't worry about it, it will be back soon

Hi, My phone dialer and people link also disappeared and is not listed in the all apps tab, but they do show up under setting all aps. People was disabled so i enabled it and now i am at least able to make calls from it. but i am unable to get the icons back.
