Everywhere that I read the specs of the EVO 3D it says it has 4 gigs of internal memory, however when I look at the about phone section in the phone it tells me it only has 1.1 gigs. I have also used elixer and it confirms the 1.1gigs! Where are the other 3?

That should answer your question regarding RAM on the 3D

This has been addressed several times.

It's 4GB internal memory, 3GBs are used by the operating system, Sense 3.0 and other preloaded software, leaving us with a usable 1GB.

Hopefully once root is 'attained' on this bad boy, we will be able to strip sense down from its pedestal and bestow some more of that eMMC's capacity back in the user's hands.

They never said you would be able to use all 4gb on apps.

Eh... and do what with it exactly? I've installed everything I can think of and I still have over 600MB free.

Ahh that makes sense. I haven't plugged in my EVO yet but I assumed that the green hornet took a sizeable chunk of the memory as well
