Just got back from my BB in Culver City, CA, pre-ordered the new EVO, comes with a $50 gift card that can be used to purchase the phone and they buy back my evo first gen for $50 if it's in good shape so I'm really happy.
So I was going to do the pre-order at best buy, but decided to check out wirefly as well. They list the phone as $149 w/ the 2 year contract extension for eligible sprint customers. So this seems to be a better deal since I didn't purchase the wireless freedom plan. I would rather just save the $50 instead of paying $200 then getting $50 back that I'm forced to spend at an overpriced BB store. Am I missing something here?
I think it does charge the full 199+tax.
It did eventually ask me which line.
Can you elaborate on the $50 with a B of A account. I don't know anything about that. Thanks.I did best buy even though i could've done wirefly. (If you have a bank of america add it up, you could get an extra $50 off) but i chose not to. I read somewhere that wirefly messed up someone's corporate discounts...so i chose to do BB instead since i have the 25% off my bill. just something to think about?

Hi there, I did not go through with it but from my understanding, if you have a Bank of America debit/credit card, you must sign up for their add it up program online. From there, they have retailers that you order online from (direct links you must click on) and I believe they will credit you back later. It's much like a credit card rewards program (like cashbacks). I don't know if it works, but currently the offer is still there. It's under the cellular tab on the side. So if that is true, your phone would be about 100 +tax + activation fee. I just didn't want to mess up my corporate discounts on my phone. hope this helps!
