For best pic quality, I usually upload my pics to tinypic or photobucket and then post the link. The quality goes down when they are uploaded thru the forum

I use Bluetooth File transfer and Wifi explorer (file explorer that works with internal storage as well as SD card) to transfer pictures, and they look great.

k000 you should upload some new pictures from your new phone so we can see if there is big difference.

I sent my old one back already yesterday, but have couple test shots I will try to post from home. New camera is less yellowish in every shot as well colors are coming out nicer.

That brings up a question I've been having....is the camera in the Evo 100% EXACTLY the same as what's in the OneX? I ask because I hear nothing but happiness and glowing reviews for the oneX camera, where as probably a good 75% of comments about the Evo's camera are complaining about lack of focus, color saturation, constant auto-refocusing, etc. They are the same though, right?

There could be a differene in the s/w version on LTE than One X.

I am not affiliated with HTC socan't really say abt camera hardware, manufacturers are know to build different qualities for different establishments based on varous arrangements... heck they are shaped different, names are different and etc etc.. I see different saturation/contrast/color treatment on my repalcement phone anyway. And I am happier now.

:) What matters is how are you liking the camera pics.

Side note on quality...lower your phone to 5 Megapixels...I feel like pictures come out a bit less "camera phone" like.

But could just be me.

Normal saturation at 8 megs looks better to me.

out of the down saturation one, the 5 meg looks better.
