Evo 3d pulling faster speeds than my evo 4g lte

When comparing my girlfriends evo 3d to my 4g lte with the speed test app I constantly get 50 to 100kbps slower download and upload speeds, that might not seem like much but theover all speeds are between 200 and 500 kbps. Is this normal? is there anything i can do to fix this?

I dont trust the speedtest.net app 100% I have found that to get more accurate tests i often have to choose a different server. For example the 2-3 servers in Dallas (where i am) dont give me good results. However one of the Fort Worth servers gives me a lot faster results.

So play around with the different servers and re-test.
I ran one last night about 10pm and got 1.8 megs down on 3G. Thats the best so far on 3G..
