im kinda desperate here, i have a rooted htc evo 4g lte i have flashed a rooted version of the stock update that fixed google wallet, i want to unroot, my bootloader is unlocked, 1.02.12.0427 baseband, 1.22.651.3 710RD software version. i have tried to use the ruus, it keeps giving me unknown errors after going to the bootloader. help,

I would suggest going over to xda in the Q&A section and posting your question there:

There are just too many variables you are describing to get properly addressed here.

One question though, if you were rooted/unlocked and flashed the update, why to you want to now unroot? Wouldn't it have been earier if you had unrooted first and then taken the OTA?
