4G in New Jersey

I was driving down route 9 in NJ earlier tonight and for a stretch of time I was able to get a very strong 4G signal on my phone. It was blazing fast. It seemed as fast if not faster than wifi. I am very excited for the official launch.

Makes sense that it did happen. That's the area that s4gru.com highlights as the first area in NJ to get 4G LTE.

I'm just hoping that it finds its way a little further north to my area!

Yes...more south please...Howell and Jackson would be nice. I'll have to go home a different way tonight and check this out. This area was also the only area in NJ with WiMAX so I guess it makes sense.

Could only find it in the Old Bridge area along route 9. Almost 10 up and 3 down. Hopefully it spreads quickly...I like these speeds.

We do have hope my friend got 4g signal today in freehold, nj he sent me pics while I was at work with his GS3 he started a new thread in the sprint forum. to bad though we live up farther up north jersey union county. He said he said the signal only was only for about 2-3 blocks heres a link to his thread
