Anyone else getting an error when trying to purchase an app?

The error says
"Your order could not be processed. Please try again."

I obviously tried multiple times but kept getting the same issue.. I tried both using a card and billing to my sprint account.. neither worked..

Any light on this issue?

Go into settings, apps, play store and clear data. Then go to app store and sign in again. That should fix it.

I have tried clearing the data for the play store and it does ask me to accept the terms and conditions and what not.. but it still will not allow me to purchase apps :S

Am I missing something? Am I supposed to take my gmail account off as well and re sign in?

I tried a ton of things that were written on a bunch of other sites / forums.. could not resolve the issue.

Going to try again tomorrow. If it still persists.. I'm just going to do a factory reset and start from there.

Nope completely bone stock. Never even attempted to root my phone. I tried again this morning and still no go.

I am going to do a factory reset from the settings and I'll report back.

So that didn't work either.. Bit confused at what I'm supposed to do at this point..

At this point I would say go into any sprint store and let them tell you what is wrong. I'm pretty sure you did everything you can possibly do.

Thanks. I'll go down there today.. Altho I have to say that all three sprint store employees are highly incompetent so I don't really expect them to figure this out...

If you have a corporate store near you go there, they always seem better.

Haha.. The corporate store near me only sells.. They don't do anything involving repairs or anything of the sort..

The guys said his 'tech' needs to look at it so now my phone is in there hands for an hour...
Not really sure how this could be a hardware issue.. but umm.. yeah lets see what they come up with..

Try purchasing app through Google Play store on your computer. Also confirm you ccard is valid in the play store. Perhaps you got a new one and forgot to update it in the store. If that don't work try contacting Google. This appears related to your account only, not with the hardware. Goodluck!

Mine was giving me flack for a while too. Apparently because it was attempting to charge my Sprint account rather than my Visa card. Try changing it.

I have tried both of what you guys have said and it's still a no go :( ..

When purchasing it via online thru pc. It gives me an error with my google wallet account saying they need to verify stuff... I went to google wallet online again via pc and it looks pretty normal to me.. I know my card is fine cause I have been able to purchase things with it fine and I did correctly input the proper expiration date as well as CVC number.

I contacted google friday and they told me they'd get a specialist to email me back.. I think you are right when you said it's an account issue and not a hardware issue.

Thanks guys

Initially on my GNex I was only able to download free stuff not paid content.

Try this:
Step 1) Settings> Wireless & networks> More> Mobile networks> Access Point Names> tap the one for your carrier> delete(blank out) the first instance of Proxy & first instance of Port> [MENU]> Save
Step 2) Settings> Apps> All> Google Play Store> Clear Cache/OK> Clear Data/OK

That's what I did and worked fine for me after. No idea why, but just did.

Is there "APN"? That's the abbreviation.
If so, continue from there.
