Insane 3g evdo speed

So I was just curious to see if my towers were upgraded and ran a couple speed test and was in shock of my results!!
Check out the screen shots below I'm used to getting .4 & .3 download speeds so this came to a big surprise lol

It's not really insane... I used to be able to get more than 2Mbps down on my OG Evo with 3G, and that was shortly after I got the phone a month after launch.

Since then, Sprint's 3G network has gotten slower, presumably because they had more users...

But if you've read my post I've only pulled .4 mps or .6 MPs. So to me these are insane speeds

I get those kind of speeds on my EVO 4G on 3G, after I flash a Verizon PRL. Luckily if I walk a mile away I can get good WiMAX coverage.

The tower by my office has been upgraded. I get 1.5 to 2.25 downloads. It is acceptable for almost everything. I get up to 35 mbps on my n-wifi router. In contrast I only get .04 to .5 at my house which is only 2 miles away and that speed is useless.

I've been seeing improved 3G speeds of about a 1mb. which is nice coming from the .3 section or lower

The tower south of here was recently upgraded, went from .3-.5 to 2.0-2.5 nice!
