    Yes and no.

    Its $149 up front, and $99 if you send in for a $50 mail in rebate.

    Though I do hope to see this be a flat out $99 or lower by Black Friday/Cyber Monday

    I bought mine a month ago when they offered at $99 the first time, and (in Atlanta) I was out the door for $117.

    That is a great price - but you still have to pay that pesky $36 activation (or "upgrade fee" as Sprint calls it).
