That PRL update notice sucks. It's never an update! The Sprint Zone just says it constantly. Once you update it you would expect it to go away but it stays. So aggravating...

I just called sprint again and spoke to tech support this time he said we are getting 4.1 jelly been update sometime between the 15 to 27 but it didn't start pushing out yet... I'm just gonna wait it out

I got the same thing. That update was for prl though. Sprint probably scrambling on the software end today.

I received the same "Content Update Error" message after updating the Sprint Zone. I had to go into Settings, Apps and Clear Data on Sprint Zone before it would work again. Still no update.

I'm calling Sprint now - I'm on the phone with someone who isn't allowed to know anything, but she's getting her support something or another. I'll edit the post when I'm told anything of value. So far she just told me how to check for updates. Haha

Edit: The people I talked to could neither confirm nor deny the existence of any update. They said I had to ask HTC - I'll try again later and hopefully get someone different.

lol I'm just letting u guys know what they told me. I really hope we get this update soon I'm getting fed up with this phone after the last update it seems it has more bugs now
