My Evo Froze after Jelly Bean install PLEASE HELP!!!!

This happened to me as well. I just forced a reboot a couple of times (push and hold the power button), and then the update finally completed successfully.

Yeah I've rebooted several times I took it to the sprint store and they couldn't do anything for it as well
