Expandable Notifications in JB

OK, so I have a Nexus S running stock JB, but my wife has the EVO LTE. Now I've been using JB for a while and started to show her some of the features like expandable notifications. This is one of my favorites. Now, as far as I can tell, I can't expand her notifications like I can mine using the 2 finger swipe down. I'll include a screenshot of my phone and hers in a minute. If all you use is the EVO LTE, you may have not even noticed this. Any thoughts on this? Am I just doing it wrong?

You have to "zoom" as if you were zooming on a browser. I did notice that you can only expand the screenshots that are taken by pressing Power and Vol button down. The Power button and home button doesnt show up on the notification bar after being taken.

To expand notifications on the EVO touch the middle of the notification with 2 fingers and spread them apart toward the sides of the phone...it's awkward I know but it's how you do it...

Thanks, I will try this when I get home this evening. Now that you mention it, I vaguely remember having to do this on my Nexus as well, then an update came that enabled the 2 finger swipe up & down & made it easier.

Woa Woa Woa! Where'd you get the toggles for Wifi and such?

It's an app called Elixir. Within the app there is statusbar setting where you can choose from a list of customizable toggles for your statusbar.
