Frozen stuck on pixelated screen

So had the the phone flash about year ago, no water damage, didn't drop or update/ download any app. Noticed suddenly it was frozen on pixelated colored screen. When turning off the phone it automatically turns itself on, neither power with volume up/ down or both do anything else but the same. Noise is still present receiving calls and text but frozen stuck on pixelated screen.... please any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

K, it's a hardware issue take it to sprint store.

Make sure fastboot is unchecked in the power section of the settings. That will shut the phone down and not restart until you press the power button.
