Permatemp Root htc evo 2.3.3 s-on

I hav figure out a way to root htc evo 2.3.3 s-on well somewhat that is...

i used the android-usb-driver for the drivers
thn i download the evo3dpermatemproot.zip
used cmd
ran evo3dpermatemproot
thn i ran Run_ME_Fr3vo_ROOT.bat
everthing finished and went perfect
i unlocked the phone and i had the superuser app installed
but sadly it doesnt work i tried wireless tethere and said im not rooted

so the reason i posted this is to show some progress and experiments ive done on my evo 4g and hopefully a devoloper looks into this and finds a way to get this root to work!

The team who made the fre3vo perma temp root on the evo 3D is also looking into the OG evo. Sit tight

Sorry, the fre3vo exploit which is used for that script doesn't support the OG EVO. Watch my twitter for any updates in the near future, or watch one of the forums that I frequent to offer support.

Even though I am rooted, I got to admit I got a little excited when I seen your name with the title. Thought the evo had root.

Did you try installing busybox maybe?
