Help unrevoke 3.21 can't create marker?

I am running stock 2.2 with the latest fps update. For some reason unrevoked can't root my phone and I can't seem to find any help on the developers site or Google.
The error "ah fargh it cannot create the ******* marker"


Does anyone know why the program can't root my phone? Really want WiFi tether.

Ah yes sensei that was the straw that broke the camels back and worked for me. Took me forever to do it because I feel asleep during the reflash process.
