I just rooted my evo with the unrevoked method and now my screen lock key is doing one of three things every time I press it:

1) it thinks I am doing a long press and brings up the menu to allow me to shut down, go to vibrate most, etc.

2) it does absolutely nothing and I have to click the screen lock key 8 times before it actually locks my screen

3) it functions correctly like it used to

I don't know if this is a result of rooting or using Setcpu, but it started since I did both of those. I am hoping someone else has had this problem and knows a work around?

I searched the other forums and haven't read anything so hopefully I am not posting a redundant thread. My apologies if I am.

Screen lock key? Do you mean the power button on the top or is this a on screen software type key/button?
