I get stuck on the splash screen but this is a problem I've had before with my phone.

You might have to flash it with amon ra because of the ext4 file system now. I'll try it with ra tonight.

EDIT: I took down that link, so if you didn't download it before, it's a no go.

I'm going to work for a little bit on it and see if I can't get it going, I'll re post a link when I get the chance, shouldn't be too long though
