Since I have rooted and kept my stock rom it "feels" like my battery has been draining faster than before. I say feels because I haven't conducted any scientific tests. This morning for example it dropped nearly 25% in about 90 minutes (minimal texting, checked email, background data turned off). I have also noticed that my 3g indicator is not illuminated very often. Does that indicate I am not getting a 3g connection and my phone is searching which drains the battery? When I open my web browser it usually lights up, but not always. Could just rooting have somehow impacted this?
