[ROOT] ~~~ HTC EVO - Universal Auto Root ~~~ v2.4 (works with all version)(3/12/11) - xda-developers FYI, using this method you get a recovery + new ROM, well worth it in my opinion, but I moved just about 3 days later to CM7 RC2, very fast! Just make sure you read everything first, understand it completely and then go for it. Let us know what you choose and enjoy your super-fast EVO
