So I got my evo on sprint besides all the stupid nascar what else should I freeze to free up my phone?

the best way to get rid of all of the bloatware is to root your phone. this **HERE** is a great guide to rooting your phone. then you can flash ROMs that dont have any of the Sprint bloatware on them

I did root my phone. That's why I have bloatfreeze lol

Well in that case, freeze anything that's Sprint related except for vvm if you use it
