CM7 Camera to SD

I am looking to have my camera save pictures directly to the SD card on my phone; I am rooted with CM7 7.0. Am I missing the option or something, I feel like prior to rooting I could save my pictures to the SD card.

It gets saved to the sd card. Under DCIM in the Camera folder. Are you not wanting it saved there?

Ah for some reason my pictures that were on my SD card prior weren't merging to the old pictures. For some reason i wasn't assuming it was saving to the SD card. Very good; thanks, thats what I want.

Before CM7, the save to path was in fact: /mnt/sdcard/DCIM/IMG_001..jpg
With CM7 installed, the path is: /mnt/sdcard/DCIM/Camera/IMG_001..jpg

I noticed this also which how I ended up at this thread.
I am looking for a way to change the path back to the default DCIM folder, and not a subfolder of Camera.

I do not see the option to change the path within the camera advanced menu. :-\
