Honestly, you'd be best to. Unless you just can't wait for a stableish build. While I was testing it last night there was little to nothing working. Every app I tried running just wouldn't open, no worries though because I know he will get everything working soon enough.

GAPPS: Download gapps ics 20111128 zip

So theres been some problems with various people on other forums with the google wallet app & another one since evos dont have nfc chips on them when the apps start up it causes instability in the system. To combat the problem many flashed over moores gapps to see for a fix & it works better. Ive tried it & no instability at the moment! Heres the link for moores gapps.

Just a side note, in case anyone was wondering....Yes this ROM ***DOES SUPPORT HARDWARE ACCELERATION*** . Well, his ICS ROM does anyway.

Yeah it doesnt have it included. Since the evo doesnt contain a nfc chip it gets stuck on stupid trying to open up the app causing instability.

I haven't flashed one since a2 and when I flashed it I.didn't have any lag at all but nothing was working. Wait till its in Beta phase.

Hey guys, since Deck has been releasing his pre-alpha builds he started a new thread for it. I'm going to do the same over here at AC, since of course this is a completely different ROM....it deserves it's own thread. I'll have it posted in just a bit.
