Just got this in my email today. Radio Shack is offering pre-sales for the EVO, and they are going to do instant rebates. No mail-ins! Yipee!

sorry but I already knew about radioshack preselling since sometime last month so yeah thanks anyway. But we all are ahead of the game especially when it comes to this phone

Well, it does confirm the non-contract price of $499.99....I hadn't seen that before.

It really only confirms theirs. Best Buy is notorious about jacking up the retail prices to make it look like you are getting a better deal. Not sure if RS does the same thing, though it wouldn't really surprise me.

question the price on it says $499.99 for an unactivated phone but $199.99 if you upgrade I did the math calculations and it doesnt add up if its $499.99-$150 full upgrade it would be $349.00- the instant rebate which would be $100 it will come to $249.00 . hmmm but I was told it will be $449.99-150.00=$299.99 then minus $100 rebate would bring you to $199.99 something doesn't sit right with me on that unactivated price 0_o sorry about my math it just doesnt seem right to me unless I could be wrong??

Yeah, that's what I meant. It confirms the $499.99 non-contract price at RS. I bet BB will be $599 or there abouts. If I were buying off contract, I'd buy at Sprint stores because they are selling it for $449.99. I'd steer clear of BB.
