I've looked everywhere is there an app that can my the evo louder?

please explain .... are you talking about making your ringtone louder? The speakerphone louder? Sprint TV louder?

Ringtones = Yes but i dont know of an app that can do it. You'll need to take the ringtone off the phone, edit it on your PC to make it louder, put it back on. Probably not the 30 second fix you were looking for but none-the-less, still a way to make ringtones louder.
P.S. This was common practice when the Pre launched cause the ringtones were barely audible

Hmmmm so you need the ear piece louder .... sorry, never heard of an app, mod, or hack that can help with this.
