Change name on unlock screen?

I've searched and found nothing on this topic.

Is there a way to change the name of your phone on the Lock/Unlock slider bar from Sprint to something else? I ask because in every other phone I've ever owned you can at least change the name on the phone to something else (your name for instance). Anyone?

That's actually really simple as long as you have CDMA workshop it's pretty straight forward that being said I'm curious why don't you recommend it?

You can easily put information on the lock screen if you download the free AVG Antivirus app. After downloading start the app. at the first screen that says "Touch screen to protect device Or click the menu to configure" click your menu button. Select "Settings", then select "Remote Management", Then "Lost Message", on the following screen you can play with it from there. There is a preview at the bottom of the screen. Hope this is what you wanted.

Its really easy. So easy you can do it from your phone.
