The phone ran out of battery last night. Put it on charger, was tired, didn't bother turning on. Was charging all night and tried to power on this morning....

The phone doesn't get past the point where it displays 4G in the middle of the screen. It plays the little tune and then repeats that over and over and over and over and over and over.

I tried:
  • Remove battery
  • Hold down power button with battery out, Replace, Retry
  • Pressed Volume Down + Power Button:
    1. Go to 'Recovery'
    2. Shows Green sync-looking-picture-with-a-down-arrow-in-the-middle, then Red Triangle With Exclamation Mark appears
    3. Press up and power button
When I do that it says this below the red triangle:
      "E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command"
      "E:Can't mount /data/data/recovery/log"
      "E:Can't open /data/data/recovery/log"

    4. Go to wipe cache:
      Says "wiping cache",
      "Formating /cache..."
      "Cache wipe complete."
      "E:Can't mount /data/data/recovery/log" (again)
      "E:Can't open /data/data/recovery/log
      " (again)
    5. Go to Reboot:
      Says "Success Rebooting by reason:eek:em-00..."
      "E:Can't mount /data/data/recovery/log" (once again)
      "E:Can't open /data/data/recovery/log[/I]" (once again)
    6. Then the same thing happens over and over and over and over and over and over and over

Phone is not rooted.

Please, please help. Thanks!
