    Hello .. bought the phone at RS as stated but it has problems here and there.. are we allowed to try to exchange at a Sprint Store or do we have to do so at RS within the 30 day period... for a new one or course..

    No

    you have to return it at the store you purchased it from.

    In some instances you can return at a different radio shack, but Sprint and Radio Shack are competitors.

    I got a replacement do to the data on the phone randomly cutting out. On the LAST day I could do it as an exchange. The Best Buy had not called all the people on the waiting list yet. So someone out there is going to wait another week because I got my replacement Evo, which used to be their new Evo. Muwhahahaha!
