My Apps didn't transfer from my Droid to Evo

I was under the impression that signing into my new phone (Evo) using the same gmail account I used on my previous phone (Droid) I would have all of the apps I purchased in the market available to download...but that is not the case. Any ideas of how I can get all my apps without paying for them again?

TRy downloading a free app... Not sure if it will work, but that was the fix for the EVO when Froyo launched last week...
