Sprint TV app not working?

Anyone else having this issue? It just forced an update now it wont work...

Same issue! As a paying Sprint TV Xtra customer, they better fix this soon!

Same problem. Sprint tv forced an update, then I get the resource fetch failed (7312) message. Then the tiny sqares when I push the back button.

Have you contacted Sprint? You're likely to get more action from them than from us.

FWIW, I'm watching the Incredibles live right now, with no problem. Just checked an no issue with the WNBA playoffs, live.

Checked a couple of not-live shows, too. Whatever the problem was, I'm not encountering it now.

Got a fix for this:

Contacted Sprint and was lead to Menu, Applications, Manage applications, All.............find sprint tv........click on it and force stop it and then clear data.

From there...

Get back to Menu...System updates...update profile.

From there, the Sprint tv should work. It may take a couple tries to start up but it worked for me.

I went to applications and un-installed and re-installed all was good.
