16gb class 4. For the HD video, the class 4's and 6's do not have the lag which makes the video kind of skip. The class 2 cards do. I could not find a 32gb class 4 or 6 that I would not have to get a 2nd mortgage on my home to afford it

A class 2 card writes at 2MB/sec, that's more than fast enough for the Evo's "HD" video recording.

16gb class 6 here. I wanted the speed not so much for in-phone use, but for transfers to/from the pc; I watch a lot of movies on my Evo. With Synctunes, 16gb is more than I need.

16 gig for me that, according to the app SD Card Speed Test, runs at the speed of a class 6 - remember the class rating are only a minimum # most good quality cards run at speeds higher than there class rating minimum.

I'm using an 8gb class 6 right now. I keep around 2gb free. I plan on upgrading to a 16gb down the road so I won't have to worry about stress for a while.

Class 2 cards have FAR more bandwidth that needed to record and playback Evo's HD video.

32 GB class II card recently purchased on Amazon.

The fact that I can carry all of my music collection (only 25 GB) and a few movies really makes my iphone 4 carrying brother wish he did not switch to ATT. And the money I save on my Sprint bill (vs ATT or Verizon) easily covered the cost of the 32 GB card
