Sprint Evo with stock Froyo. Have had it about three weeks and use the voice recognition a ton. Starting last night it won't work at all on 3G but works fine on Wifi. If on 3G, it'll either tell me there's a problem with the network connection or it'll listen then say "processing" and just sit there for a while until it tells me the phrase is too long. I doubt "test test" is really too long.
Sprint had me do a battery pull then gave me instructions to get into the system menus and reset my data profile. Didn't help.
I've also had trouble browsing the Internet on 3G, although it has been intermittent (the voice recognition hasn't worked at all). Tethered all day at work on 4G with no problems.
