My dad uses the HTC Mail app to download his work email (exchange account) via pop. He has the setting of "delete mail on server" unchecked, but twice now in the last 2 or 3 months it's reverted back to delete which causes him to lose his mail so he can't access it on his computer.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I use the gmail app so I've not run into this. The only thing I can do to sort of replicate this is if I go in and change the account settings, it seems to make it go back to factory settings in which it's on by default, but I'm pretty sure he's not going in and updating that particular setting as he really has no reason to but I'll confirm with him.
Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.
