Horrible battery life lately

I have been getting very bad battery life lately. Unplug at 7a and by 3p with very little use I am at 10%. I have read all of the threads and I know the common solutions (uninstall recently installed apps, remove widgets, system restore, blah blah blah...) but according to my battery usage widget I am using 33% cell standby and 32% phone idle. The rest is the usual system, calls, display... It seems like phone idle is rather high... is there an app that will show me what is running AND how much battery it uses so I can identify the problem rahter than just start blindly uninstalling apps and removing widgets.
