    Just as the title say... is it possible to scroll up and down a page without moving the screen yourself.

    If you're in DolphinHD web browser I believe you can set the volume buttons to scroll.

    Open DolphinHD - go to Menu > more > (scroll down with your finger lol) to settings, scroll down to "volume action button" and select "scroll up/down page"

    i prefer it over the stock browser--especially for the ease of 'swipe' gestures as well as the bookmark/settings bars

    Update; After using dolphinHD browser for a while - I found out that the default Google browser is a lot faster.
