Incorrect time zone

Are any of you guys having issues with your phone and the time setting? For some reason the network is showing that i'm in europe. The date is correct but when i go into setting>time & date> it's set to auto detect and it says i'm in Europe time zone, +2hours. I'm on the east coast, I turned off 4G, and i'm still having the issue. I had to disable the auto detect and manually set the time zone. I just want to know if it might be my ROM or phone, or if it's isolated to just me, or if other users are seeing this on their phone as well.

I've been having the same issue last night and today, it thinks I'm in Europe somewhere. On another forum Sprint said it was a network wide problem. Most fixes seem to be checking automatic and then re-checking it.
