Frequent app Install/Uninstall on EVO is healthy?

Will it be OK, if I install and uninstall on rooted EVO frequently. How do I maintain clean after the uninstall (thinking the Windows, after uninstall, still some files left in the system... Please help

Either way, niether are bad.

for maintenence, you can always kill /data, cache, and dalvik, I periodically do this but as a result of flashing a new ROM.

You made a reference to windows, but you do realize that the phone runs linux? it's not really a 1-to-1 comparison... there's no registry, and you're not going to have common libraries installed by the boatload--apps usually are self-contained and use the OS provided APIs and functions. You can't really think of it in the same way.
